The ritual
EVOO is famously good for you — but straight oil is an acquired taste, and a daily DIY shot is work. Ours arrives pre-mixed at the right ratio, in a 2 oz bottle, gone in two seconds. A habit you can actually keep.
A daily longevity ritual
High-polyphenol olive oil. Fresh organic lemon. Nothing else.
01 · The oil
100% Greek organic extra virgin olive oil — a blend of Olympia and Koroneiki olives grown in the semi-mountainous Western Peloponnese, hand-harvested green in October 2025 and cold-extracted. High-phenolic, low acidity, nothing added.
Harvesting this early is a costly choice — about 10 kg of olives press into a single kilo of oil — but it's what buys the phenols and the robust, peppery taste.
02 · The lemon
Squeezed to a true 1:1. The acidity you taste is the freshness.
03 · The taste
Straight EVOO is oily — hard to take consistently. The 1:1 cold-pressed lemon makes it a clean, citrusy shot.
04 · The glass
Each shot lives in its own glass bottle. Glass is inert — nothing leaches in, nothing seeps out — so the shot tastes exactly the way it was pressed.
05 · The go
The clear glass bottle goes through security. The ritual goes where you go — each bottle keeps for 7 days at room temperature, or 30 days refrigerated.

The why
In the world’s Blue Zones — the handful of places where reaching 100 is unremarkable — olive oil is a quiet constant on the table. Modern research keeps catching up to what those tables already knew: the polyphenols in real extra virgin olive oil calm the chronic inflammation that sits beneath heart disease, help defend the aging brain, and run through nearly every diet linked to a long life.
You don’t take the shot for a lab number. You take it because the people who live longest have been taking something like it, in one form or another, for a very long time.
